Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Wondergraphs is a pay-as-you-go service. There is no long term contract or commitment on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, and you won’t be billed again.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Just contact us and we'll make it happen.
Are there per-user fees?
No. The prices for our plans are all inclusive. Every Wondergraphs plan includes unlimited users so everybody in your organization can benefit.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We only accept payments online and are not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
Can organizations that do good use Wondergraphs for free?
Yes. Non-profit and charity organizations that help make our world a better place can use Wondergraphs for free. Just contact us with more info about your organization.
How does the free 30-day trial work?
Our free trial is entirely obligation-free. After you create an account, you get unlimited access to all of Wondergraphs features for 30 days (like the Research plan). This way you can try Wondergraphs at its best. During the free trial we don't require a credit card.
What happens at the end of the trial?
We email you before your trial expires and ask you to choose one of our three subscription plans. For the paying plans we require that you register your credit card information after which your trial account with all reports, data and users becomes your permanent account.
If you decide not to register your credit card at the end of your 30-day trial, we gladly offer you our free plan.
What web browsers work with Wondergraphs?
Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and higher, and Chrome 4 and higher.
Does Wondergraphs require Flash?
Yes. To create reports and analyze data you must have Flash player 10 installed. Flash is not required for viewing reports.
